Code of Conduct HelpMI for HR Professionals

As part of the HelpMi project aimed at training HR professionals to support people with a migrant background to have a smoother integration into their workplaces, project partners Enoros Consulting Ltd, ASDA Ry, Foundation for Somalia, Kokkalis Foundation, and Co & So have developed a "Code of Conduct", as a tool to support the relevant process. The Code includes practical instructions and advice, which aim at their utilization by companies and organizations, to help for a more effective integration and social inclusion of migrants in their work environments. For the presentation of the Code of Conduct, a relevant video was created which presents its Basic Principles, as well as how to apply it in practice.
