Digitalized Training Package for employees with a migrant background

Under IO3 - Digitalized Training Package for employees with a migrant background – of the HelpMi project Kokkalis Foundation developed the Module on Change of Employer or Work Placement, aiming to help newcomers to adapt to socio-cultural changes, to new frameworks and to very different structural systems by enhancing their social skills, as well as by providing them with clear and focused information about their rights and responsibilities within the working environment. All partners of the program Enoros Consulting Ltd, Co&So, Fundacja dla Somalii and ASDA Ry developed and converted additional modules on :Cultural aspects and policies in the work placement, Rights and responsibilities of employees with migrant background, Civil Registry and required actions after arrival, Communication and Performing skills, Complaints and problems at work, in all partners’ languages.
